About Alberni District Co-op
The mission of the Alberni District Co-operative Association is to improve the economic position of member-owners
by providing goods and services within socially responsible, financially sound, co-operative structure.

Even
though Alberni District Co-op has gone through many changes, the true
meaning of customer service remains the same. Thanks to our long time
patronage of our dedicated members. Alberni District Co-op has been
a part of the Port Alberni history since 1928! We are truly dedicated
to our members of our community who have received ‘cash
back’ at
our exciting Member Appreciation Day every
year. Alberni District Co-op believes in giving back, not only in
monies but being involved in our local
community events,
to aid in building and continuing a strong community base in Port
Alberni. We have two locations to serve you. Even during the options
of self service, Alberni District Co-op still takes pride in also
providing full service to our members. Our Beaver
Creek location includes a Gas Bar, Convenience Store, Bulk Petroleum,
Furnace Department, Cardlock, Propane and Administration Office.
Our Johnston
Road location includes a Gas Bar, Convenience Store, as well
as the one and only Touchless Car Wash in Port Alberni. Come and
join the Alberni District Co-op today for a lifetime membership fee
of $10.00 where we provide service and you save!!

Thank you so much for sending
me to Yes Camp. I will value this experience for the rest
of my life. I had such an amazing time. While at camp we
did a lot of sessions that taught us about leadership, self-awareness
and co-operation. We also did a workshop called Fist Full
of Rhythms, five different types of music were played, it
was very rewarding. My favourite part of camp would have
to be all the great people I meet. Thank you very much for
making this experience possible. One thing I will bring home
is the ability to meet new people.
