2012 JEEP GIVEAWAY
ENTRY RULES
Members only,
1 entry ballot for each item purchased
no exlusions
Entry ballot MUST include; Name,
Member Number, Phone Number, and RECEIPT NUMBER.
Household members only can use the same
number.
Workers purchasing fuel and charging
to company accounts may fill out an entry ballot under
the company's name only unless making a purchase under
their own member number.
Furnace Oil Deliveries will have their
ballot automatically filled out by us when their fuel
has been delivered. Furnace repair and Protection Plan
purchases will receive a ballot as well.
Each Friday at 9 am, 10 names
will be drawn for keys which will be provided on May
5, 2012 (Key Day)
Names will be published in each Tuesday's
AV Times and letters will be sent to each draw winner.
Each week will be a fresh start; you
may win more than once so keep entering.
Co-op employees and anyone living in
their household are not eligible to enter.
Key winners must attend Key Day; in
the event of not being able to attend you must send a
signed letter stating the name of the person you are
sending in your place. New names are not drawn.
The keys will have hidden numbers so
first come on Key Day will get to pick out a key. Once
all keys have been chosen we will start with Key 1 and
the first key to open the Jeep Door wins!
